Becoming a Sponsor

Sponsorship offers a valuable opportunity for companies to reach BirminghamCREW members and their business associates at each CREW meeting and through our web site.

Sponsors are important to BirminghamCREW because they provide a large part of the funding for our programs. BirminghamCREW offers several levels of annual sponsorship:

SKYSCRAPER (Contribution of $3,000):

• Two local memberships to BirminghamCREW (no CREWNetwork benefits)

• Complimentary lunch for three at all CREW luncheons

• Top recognition from CREW President at all luncheons and events (shared with sponsors of individual meetings or special events, where applicable)

• Opportunity to give a 5-minute presentation at a luncheon of your choice

• Name and logo prominently displayed on all printed event materials

• Name and logo prominently displayed on our website

• Link to your website from our website

• Name and logo displayed on PowerPoint or marquis at all events

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials throughout the year at all CREW events

• Opportunity to place brochure/item in new member packets

HIGHRISE (Contribution of $2,000):

• One local membership to BirminghamCREW (no CREWNetwork benefits)

• Complimentary lunch for one at all CREW luncheons

• Recognition from CREW President at all luncheons

• Name prominently displayed on all printed event materials

• Name prominently listed on our website

• Link to your website from our website

• Name displayed on PowerPoint or marquis at all events

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials throughout the year at CREW luncheons

• Opportunity to place brochure/item in new member packets

BIG BOX (Contribution of $1,000):

• Complimentary lunch for one at TWO CREW luncheons

• Recognition from CREW President at all luncheons

• Name prominently displayed on all printed event materials

• Name prominently listed on our website

• Link to your website from our website

• Name displayed on PowerPoint or marquis at all events

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials throughout the year at CREW luncheons

• Opportunity to place brochure/item in new member packets

GROUNDBREAKER (Contribution of $500):

• Recognition from CREW President at all luncheons

• Name displayed on all printed event materials

• Name listed on our website

• Link to your website from our website

• Name displayed on PowerPoint or marquis at all events

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials at four CREW luncheons

• Opportunity to place brochure/item in new member packets

LUNCHEON SPONSOR (Contribution of $500):

• Recognition with logo on electronic and printed advertising materials regarding sponsored luncheon

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials at sponsored luncheon

• Complimentary lunch for TWO at sponsored luncheon

• Introduction at event with opportunity to make 5-minute presentation

• Company name listed on our website

• (NOTE: No recognition at other luncheons or events)

SPECIAL EVENT SPONSOR (Contribution of $250):

BirminghamCREW holds various socials throughout the year, some for members only, others for members and invited guests.

• Recognition with logo on electronic and printed advertising materials regarding sponsored event

• Opportunity to display company literature/promotional materials at event

• Introduction at event with opportunity to make 5-minute presentation

• Company name listed on our website

• (NOTE: No recognition at other events or luncheons.Two or more sponsors may be allowed for each event.)

Please note: Contributions to BirminghamCREW are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
